What would the world be like without us!

The world is a beautiful place to live with the abundant resources endowed by Mother Nature - the mighty oceans, long rivers, lush green meadows, dense forests, multiple minerals, and many more.  Mankind has unraveled the mysteries of Nature with the help of science and technology and created marvels like the spaceship, computers, mobile phones and the Internet of the modern era.  The overall health, standard of living and lifespan of the humans keeps touching highs.  In addition spiritualism, righteousness, honesty and altruism characterize the people of the earth in their march towards bringing the entire world under one umbrella irrespective of the different barriers like language, geography, economy, race, etc. 

What would the world be like without us?  The world shines because of the people living in it.  Without you and me the earth will be a barren planet.  Yes, we give life and harmony to Mother Nature!

Scientists have proved that the carcinogen of tobacco smoke results in adverse genetic structural change in the smoker within 30 minutes of taking a cool puff. The carcinogen forms toxins in the blood termed as "trash DNA" within minutes of inhalation. As a consequence the person is dangerously exposed to the risk of lung cancer.

About 3000 people die on account of lung cancer everyday world over and 90 percent of this death is caused by cigarette smoking.

The study was published in Chemical Research in Toxicology.

Stop Eating Small Quantum Of Food Frequently, Eat Full Meal Thrice A Day For A Healthy Life!


Eating 3 square meals a day is better than frequent eating in small quantum. This has been established by researchers from Purdue University, Indiana. Experiments conducted on over weight men, who were on low calorie and high protein diets revealed that they were more comfortable and less hungry when they ate three times full meals instead of small meals six times a day. The findings are contrary to the popular belief that frequent eating in tiny morsels keeps a person healthy.

Leidy, the lead researcher, conducted research on 27 obese men. They were made to eat either high protein diet or normal protein diet for 12 weeks. Diets contained 750 fewer calories than each man needed to maintain his current weight. The men were made to eat full meals 3 times a day at an interval of 5 hours each or six meals every 2 hours. At the end of the study it was found that those eating thrice a day with higher protein diet felt fuller throughout the day. They refused eat at odd hours as the thought of hunger was not at all present in their mind. However those men who were taking less protein 6 times a day felt hungry even late in the night as they felt hungry most of the day.

Folks, if you are in the habit of frequenting the kitchen and fridge for small helpings, desist from this habit with immediate effect and switchover to full meals thrice a day to lead a happy and healthy life!
